Made to Order
Every PAUSE. product is made to order by UK artisans. UK orders are produced within 2–3 working days of placement. International orders are also produced within 2–3 working days. You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been dispatched.
Free Shipping
All PAUSE. orders include free shipping. No minimum order value applies.
Delivery Timeframes
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:
- United Kingdom: 1–3 working days
- Europe: 2–5 working days
- United States: 2–5 working days
- UAE and rest of world: 2–5 working days
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.
Tracking
All orders are dispatched with a tracked service. You will receive tracking information by email once your order has been dispatched.

Damaged or Lost in Transit
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at studio@bypause.co.uk within 14 days of the expected delivery date. Please include your order number and, where applicable, photographs of any damage.
